On a stretch of beach, Jeff calls the teams onto their mats. The challenge is obnoxious to explain, but basically each team starts on a floating platform. Each member has to swim over to a bunch of puzzle pieces that are anchored to the bottom and detach a piece. They then swim the piece back to the platform. When they've retrieved all the pieces, they'll assemble into what Jeff wants to call a "giant floating puzzle boat," but which is really just a flat Styrofoam-like raft. They'll paddle the raft to shore, and then one team member will run into the woods. In the woods, that person will take a machete and chop a rope that will cause the team's flag to rise. Then that person will untie more paddles and run back to the beach. The team gets back on the raft and paddles back out to the platform, and the first to get there is the winner. The reward that they'll get will be a trip off the island for the whole day to enjoy a barbecue. Lots of food and, yes, booze. In addition to this fat reward, this will also be the immunity challenge. Tribal council will take place while the winning team is off on its reward. Last detail: the winning team gets to pluck one member from the losing team to go with them on the reward and thus be unavailable to be booted at tribal council.

Chapera is outfitted with matching necklaces, by the way. I'm not sure where those came from, but they do add to the sort of happy-tribe vibe that the team has. Even Big Tom is wearing one.
