Next up is Ami, so this will be some serious BS. She brings out the "irony" of Twila's refusing to apologize for a million dollars, though she would "lie" and "break friendships" for a million dollars. Unsurprisingly, that is not ironic. Shut up, Ami-lanis. Anyway, Ami goes on to tell us that Twila had no reason not to trust her, considering that Ami was planning to allow Twila to get fully to...what, F3 before banding together with Leann to get rid of her? Ami then turns to Chris, lecturing about how mean it was for him to lie to Julie and Eliza. Of course, when Julie and Twila were lying to Lopevi, that was okay. But this lying was bad. Because it was not being done in Ami's own interests. She insists that the lying was "for no reason," which it wasn't. And then Ami goes on to ask my very least favorite jury question, which is basically, "What makes you any better than me?" Chris, like most people, doesn't go with "I beat your ass, loser, so take it and like it." Which I sincerely hope is what I would say in the same situation. Instead, Chris tells Ami, basically, that she's too nice. HAHAHAHAHA! That was awesome. Wait until I wipe away my tears.
Asked the same question, Twila says that she first wants to apologize for the son thing, again, some more, but even given her regret over that, she allows that she's surprised to find herself put in the position of being the horrible person that "nobody likes." Which...I see what she's saying, but I think that may be something to be sucked up more and worried over less. Ami orders her to get back to the question, and Twila thinks about it a little and agrees that Ami is too nice. Not hard enough. Not tough enough. The first person to say "Well, what makes us different is that I beat you, and you didn't beat me first" will get my eternal love.
