Now it's Day 17 and Kathy does Tai Chi or yoga or something on the beach. Gina tells us it's very relaxing and peaceful at their tribe; she says they're at the point where they can "just hang out." Which is distinctly different from being at the point where they can "just let it all hang out," which is something I would be completely uninterested in seeing, and what a difference those three little words make. Paschal asks Kathy about the morning's antics and wants to know if it's "all in the breathing." Kathy preaches that "it's for breathing and...just de-stress [sic] yourself." Paschal wants to know how long it takes, and Kathy says that it's "Chi Gong" or something that sounds like "Chi Gong" and that may or may not be "Chi Dong," but is definitely not "Long Duck Dong," and that it only takes five minutes. In a confessional, Gina tells us that Kathy is "awesome" and is "very 'go get 'em.'" She says that Kathy may be even more adventurous then Gina is. Now Kathy pats down her whole body down from toes to cheeks and makes a big "aah" sound as she stretches. Paschal sounds skeptical as he asks, "Now, what does that do?" Kathy says it "just gets you goin'," and Paschal says, "Oh, okay."
