Gary scores against the table tennis champ's clipboard, so he and Will are moving on in tenth place. They head back out to their cab just as Josh and Brent are arriving outside and finding the last clue. Josh volunteers to "get paddled," and is actually the first Amazing Racer to beat the kid paddle to paddle on the first try. The champion must be tired. "I won a sporting event! I have never won a sporting event!" Josh happily interviews. "And it was against a champion." "Junior champion," Brent points out. Oh, lay off him.
At the restaurant, Rob manages to chug down the last of his hasma, and stands up in celebration, waving the devil-horns with both hands and saying, "That's what I'm talking about. Kelley happily hugs him and then...nothing happens. "Where's my clue?" he barks. They decide to take another look at the clue they got before coming in here, which is when they find out he needs to use the chopsticks. Yeah, that's bad news. The good news? Here comes a server with a fresh serving, so he gets to try again! Which he doesn't seem to think is particularly good news at all. "Oh, I ain't eatin' two more," Rob protests. "I can't eat it." Well, I hope you enjoyed the race, then.
But by the time the ads are over, he's sucking it up. Literally. "Next time we will read everything before we move on anything," Kelley vows as she watches him, like that's going to help him now. Rob's response is to belch extravagantly.
The Chippendales arrive at the Bund and begin searching for Abacus Lady, loudly and fruitlessly. Team Austin reaches the restaurant, and Lexi moans, "Oh, my gosh, I'm eating frog intestines." Well not exactly. It's actually much worse. By the time she's underway, Rob finishes his second helping and gets his clue in second place.
