[Phil chuckles, puts end to crazy electronic music] Yeah. You never know what you're going to get until you mix it all together and you throw it out. And so I...I think that we just didn't know what was going to happen with this mix. But I think it reminded me more of Season One than ever before, and I think it's a strong season.

Really.

Yeah. I think in terms of the overall mix of characters, I think we got the best mix. One and Five felt very similar. And a lot of people, when we were out shooting Five, said, "Doesn't this feel like we're out doing Race 1 again?"

Really?

Yeah.

Interesting.

It just felt that way. It felt like we had the best mix, and I think it felt a little more out of control and fresh. And I think a lot of that had to do with the fact that it was the first one coming back after we had won the Emmy, so everybody felt rejuvenated and sort of inspired again.

Right. Well, it had been kind of...at least from our perspective, it had been kind of a...every season was sort of, "Will it come back again?" And after the Emmy, it was kind of...yeah. But everybody was very excited about the finale. The crowd went wild.

The crowd did go crazy.

The crowd went absolutely crazy. I don't think they've gone that crazy since Flo won, and that was kind of in the other direction.

Yes, exactly. People responded really positively to that.

Oh my God, this phone, it just never stops.

[laughing] What is that?

[to someone else in the room] Do you just want to put this underwater, and... [back to me] That's "Hey Ya." Somebody decided to program "Hey Ya" on my phone. They...you know how you can dial it up, on the whatever-it-is?

Yes.

And I'm so busy I haven't even gone into this thing to change the ring. It's better than that other ring that we have on the office. It's that "bloo-doo-doo-doo-doop," whatever that little croaking frog thing is. That's horrible.

I didn't even recognize it as "Hey Ya." That's how uncool I am.

[sings a little of it] Dee-dee-dee-dee-deeee...see? It's like that.
