The Gaghans drop off their instruments at the jazz club. I think you can actually see Billy do a little jazz dance on his way out the door, which is really cute. As a jazz dancer, he's a good marathon runner, but it's still cute. They get back on their bus to head for the Roadblock at the baseball field.

Speaking of which, here's Beth Bransen, up to bat. On her last of three pitches, she manages a hit, so her team is on its way to the pit stop. Nick then smacks the ball pretty hard, and the Linzes are on the move as well. On their bus, the Linzes talk about Mama Weaver hollering at them about how they shouldn't be trying to make Rolly miss. They seem, more than anything, just kind of shocked that she made such a big deal out of it. Me too.

The Gaghans arrive at the Roadblock. Bill takes it, and he gets in line behind a currently batting Sharon Godlewski. Sharon finishes her three pitches without a hit, so Bill steps in. He manages a good hard whack of the ball -- maybe the only home run of the day, though it's hard to tell. Billy looks into the camera and points, saying, "That's what I'm talking about." Snerk. The Gaghans are on their way, and in spite of being aced out of the Fast Forward and having the worst boat driver ever, they're no longer in last place.

Now, it's just the pinks, waiting for Sharon to get a hit. Predictably, dramatic music takes us into the commercial break, wondering whether she will ever finish the Roadblock. Will they be stuck in Panama...forever?

Commercials. I fail to understand how a commercial about how awesome it is to eat out is an effective way of selling frozen dinners. That's just going to make depression set in.

Back at the baseball Roadblock, Sharon Gadzookski gets her hit, and thanks to a throw to first that's ridiculously inaccurate, she reaches base safely, so her team is on its way.

Pit stop. Here come the Weavers in their bus, still not having to drive, or use normal transportation, or anything like that. They land on the mat, and they are welcomed as team number two. Sigh. The Bransens arrive in third place. Meanwhile, the Gaghans, continuing their crappy run of luck, find themselves behind a Pepsi machine that's blocking the road.
