Sam and Dan have switched positions again, but they're still arguing. According to Dan, everything is both Sam's fault and responsibility no matter which end he's sitting on. Over at the rope platform, Meghan joins Flight Time down on the ground. Apparently only one person can climb down at a time, which does not speak well of the sturdiness of this platform structure. Flight Time vents his spleen at Meghan while she waits for Cheyne to come down, and she says, "It's not a big deal, it's fine." Cheyne picks her up, and they dash over to get disengaged from their harnesses in first place. Their clue ribbons read "Stavosky" and "Divadlo," respectively, which Phil says refers to the Estates Theater. Which you actually may have seen before, but we'll get to that.

Sam and Dan are making their third run at the rapids as Big Easy finally hauls himself up onto the platform. The Globetrotters are now in second place -- which the brothers can see from their kayak. At least this time they're not arguing as much, thinking they're doing well, but all that means is that they're taken by surprise when the kayak flips them one more time. Brian and Ericka are arriving and asking their cab driver to wait. The brothers start walking back to the beginning, frustrated. Instead of a commercial here, could we maybe get a flashback of them saying, "We're gonna beat ya" to the two teams who have already completed the Detour?

After the ads, and a replay of their third wipeout (and of Brian's request that their cabbie wait for them), they decide that they're done with the kayak, and switching Detours. It's a short fall from first to second-to-last when there are only four teams.

Meghan and Cheyne and the Globetrotters are in the parking lot, separately asking around about their clue, as the latter team sees the brothers switching. "We're safe as long as Brian and Ericka aren't here," Sam says, which I think is the perfect incantation to conjure their presence pretty much instantly. And look, it works! The Americas will be doing the slow option as well. Meanwhile, Meghan and Cheyne are asking someone for directions to a taxi, but he points them in the direction of the nearby train station instead. All this pointing is not lost on the Globetrotters, and as they head over, Meghan, after a brief debate with Cheyne about whether they should team up, calls to them, "Big Easy, follow us, we know what we're doing." Which is basically just giving them permission for what they were going to do anyway, as Big Easy freely admits in an interview.
