Brad and Victoria arrive at the Detour, and since she's never ridden a Segway, they're throwing pies. Okay, then.
From the back seat, Kisha tells Jen that they're going the wrong way. "We're going to turn around yet again." I don't know why this illustrates the issue Jen discusses in an interview, which is that Kisha wants to be the big sister and Jen gets frustrated with that. Clearly the older/younger sibling dynamic is going to be a growing issue for both Tammy|Victor and Kisha|Jen, if not for Mark|Michael. But I suppose the only way around that with sibling teams is to cast twins, and how many more times can they do that? I've already got Jaime and Cara to deal with. Anyway, I think it might be Kisha's annoying giggle that's getting to Jen more than anything else.
Somewhere behind them, the Flight Attendants pass the road sign that we just saw Kisha and Jen pass. And Steve is cutting Linda miles and miles of slack as she continues to feel bad. "You did the mountain, didn't you?" "The wrong way," she points out. "Doesn't matter, you did it. You can take it easy. Just kick back while I drive." Linda's up for that. "Sit there and look pretty," he tells her. She seems to feel like that part might be more of a challenge.
Luke is beyond bored with throwing pies, but eventually he bounces some cherry filling off his mom, and they're gone, still in fourth place. They meet Brad and Victoria coming in, and the latter couple gets started. Margie and Luke get their Pit Stop clue, and Brad and Victoria find their cherry pie shortly after. "We just kicked some butt," she says, and then Brad licks her forehead. "Tastes pretty good," he says. Soon they're off to the Pit Stop. How different would this Detour have been if the pies tasted like ass?
Jaime and Cara opt for the Segways. "People drive these around the mall, we've got to be able to do this," one of them says. Makes sense to pick the option they're more familiar with from their natural habitat
The sisters arrive at the clue box at roughly the same time as the brothers. Jen is hating Kisha more by the moment. The Stuntmen start on the course, Mark humming the William Tell overture. It doesn't seem to make him go any faster. Kisha and Jen hum along behind them, pointing the arriving Flight Attendants to the clue box as they bumble past on a footbridge. Christie and Jodi are doing the pies, which is probably smart because it'll be hard to get lost, and this way they won't be left standing around while they wait for a Segway to drive by for them to catch.
