They're heat-resistant up to 500°, dishwasher-safe, and flexible for easy peel off! I'm getting me some. I don't think peeling the cups off before plating is such a big deal. I mean, parchment paper lines the bottom of a cake pan to prevent sticking, and you peel that off the baked cake before plating and frosting, so what's the big diff?
