Dennis arrives the next morning. He walks in in his street clothes, and Clint greets him. Dennis tells Clint he doesn't want him to talk to him, that he should go talk to the other black guy. Dennis says he's just waiting to get fired, and Clint tells him he'll miss him if he goes. Dennis doesn't want to hear it, and walks out. Jesse and Herschel look on quietly, and Jesse interviews he feels bad for Dennis because he's better than this. He says the way people look at Dennis on the street is like a superstar. He thinks Dennis needs to be what people want him to be, and not disappoint them.
The women are delivering their breakfast, which Melissa says was not a bright move, since it was so much more work. Khloe's getting a cart to a room, as Annie's unloading a cart in a different room. Annie brought the room up forty minutes early, and the woman wasn't happy. Khloe interviews that it doesn't matter, because she usually orders room service. Annie's annoyed that Khloe's so laid-back about this. Then the same couple calls Joan to complain about the additional pedicure charge for having it in the room. Which Joan AGAIN failed to tell them. She has offered people things without telling them the cost several times. That does feel like it would be free when it's offered like that. Joan hangs up and says she's messed up a lot. She interviews that they did a great job, despite their mistakes, and she thinks they could win, though it's obviously up to the guests.
Landers explains how long it took to get to his room, and how disorganized KOTU seemed. Athena's first guests rate customer service as sometimes a little too eager, since they came for turndown service at 4 or 5. The gay party boys thought their room was really dirty and gross. The ladies who Dennis swore in front of liked everyone except Dennis, whom they describe as "Evil." The Australian couple weren't happy with their last experience with Athena, which sort of tainted the whole thing, customer service-wise: Forty minutes early for the breakfast, and then not being told about the extra pedicure charge. They say they're furious about that, and that it will be a lasting memory. Customers check out, and Annie says she thinks they did a good job, but what if guests like that Dennis is a crazy person. Speaking of, the guys Dennis ate with loved having dinner with him, since everything just appeared at dinner, which they say was "spectacular." They tell him how much they liked Dennis. Brian interviews that everyone seemed to enjoy their stay. He says he sort of wishes they'd lose, but his gut tells him they will win.
