At the hotel check-in, Joan's letting her guests right in as the guy still stands at the KOTU desk, waiting impatiently. Joan's very helpful, asking the ladies if they have theater tickets and offering to get them for them. She's very good, actually. She interviews that she took it very seriously, but didn't know what the men were doing, since the guy is standing there waiting. Clint walks in and greets the customer, who says the wait was no problem. Clint tells the guy there was a delay in the previous guest checking out, so they're just making sure the room has everything they need in there. Clint interviews that check-in was rough, since they were behind, so he lied to the customer. He calls someone to say Mr. Landers has arrived. He interviews that he hopes Landers won't hold it against them. The women, meanwhile, are sending the first ladies off to their room, with Annie leading the way as bell person.
Dennis walks in, and greets Landers, who says he just wants to get into his room. Clint again apologizes for the delay, but Dennis says there's no delay and he sort of scolds Clint, saying they just serve people. He asks Landers what he'd like to drink, and Landers asks for champagne. Dennis interviews that they have no champagne or anything, and he wonders what's wrong with his team. He says he's really with four knuckleheads. Then he brings the champagne (and another drink for himself) and tells the guy how much he loves the strip clubs and girls in Vancouver, where he's from. He gets very excited about it, and the guy nods and laughs. Although I'm not really sure this guy likes the ladies. But it's Dennis Rodman, so you can't help having a good time and agreeing, I think.
Annie's explaining what they're being judged on, and says she behaved like an employee the whole time, and was really weird about it. It shows her awkwardly telling the customers about the movies on demand as she unzips their bag. She robotically tells them she can help them if they need anything.
Back with KOTU, Landers asks about some Billy Elliot tickets (me too, please). Dennis asks where he is playing at, and the guy doesn't understand him for about the first five times, so Dennis is all, "The concert?" Landers is like, "Billy Elliot? I don't know. It's on 40-something. A theater." Dennis says that if Billy's not playing, they're going to make it happen. Landers laughs and drinks his champagne, likely thinking he's entered the craziest hotel on the planet. Brian interviews that it's 3:30 and this guy wants two tickets to Billy Elliot, so of course Brian tells him he can do it for him, since he's the concierge. They lead Landers to his room.
