The guys arrive at their performance space as the sun's rising the next morning. The Jo(h)ns introduce themselves to a makeup artist (also named John). Meat Loaf, from the bathroom, "And I'm in the john." Niki shows up and gets her hair all done up pretty. Rich explains that not only did Niki show up and give them her time, but she also brought three of the top models in New York City. Meanwhile, ASAP's hair stylist is pissed that the team isn't here yet. He says they agreed on 8 a.m., which is when he arrived and when the makeup artist and the models showed up. When ASAP arrives, he lectures the team. NeNe interviews that he should "Relax. Can't a bitch be late one time?!" Uh, probably not when you're project manager.
When the dancers arrive to learn to shake their beauty, Star meets with them and interviews that she's always come through for the team and she will now, too. Hope's hair is all big and messy. Marlee is the finale of the "Shake Your Beauty" dance, and she's happy with how things are going. She likes NeNe's intro on stage, but thinks the presentation loses energy when NeNe leaves it to the stylist, who ends up yelling at Star about not following cues well enough with the lights. NeNe's loving it.
Backbone's (sort of) practicing their presentation, although Lil Jon says they don't really practice and he won't do that. Meat Loaf's trying to figure it all out, since he runs the lights. He says that, with a ten-minute rehearsal, a loss will have to fall on Lil Jon.
ASAP. Presentation time. NeNe dances and gets them pumped up backstage. As the dancers shake their beauty, Star interviews that she knows she contributed to the team, since there'd be no lights, dancers, or branding without her. NeNe introduces the stylists, who come out and talk about the CHI hair products. Their stylist talks about buying American and ammonia-free hair color, blah, blah, hairstyle cakes. Then it's Marlee's turn to come out and be a model. NeNe says she likes Marlee, and could tell she really went above and beyond the call of duty. Next up is Hope, who awkwardly walks out with hair products in her hands. NeNe thinks she looks like Big Bird, not a model. NeNe goes back out to close out the presentation, and again mentions "Buy American." She says she hopes they did great, but if they lost, it's going to be Hope and Star with her in the boardroom, and it's going down.
