There is working out in the gym. Jillian tells us that the girls were very upset that Phil went home, however there's no time to focus on that. They have to work to stay above the line at the weigh-in because they're outnumbered. Renee tells us that knowing that there are only three of them left motivates them even more to not quit. Michelle tells us that they're a force to be reckoned with and hope to go as long as possible and make it to the finale. Coleen is similarly inspired. This show has never done such a stellar job of reenacting the ancient battle of good versus evil!
Bob's team works out, and he tells them that he wants to do a challenge with them. Whoever runs the farthest for three minutes will win a banana fudge sundae. Amy C. comes on strong at the end and wins! And what does she win? Yeah, you knew it was going to be a product placement moment. Amy gets to eat some Jell-o sugar-free pudding. It's even better than a real banana fudge sundae, except in all the ways that it totally isn't.
Sami greets both teams. Coleen reminds us that when Sami comes it either means bad news or a big twist in the game, so everyone's a bit on edge. She's on to something, because Sami tells the contestants that they're no longer on teams. It's singles time! Vicky is still certain that the former Blue Team can pick the Black Team players off one by one. Michelle understands this to be a good possibility too, since the Black Team is outnumbered. This is the time to just club Vicky in the kneecap. Sami tells the contestants that the true measure of an individual is how he or she responds to adversity. Yeah, just like how Heba responded when Phil was "talking about" her. Sami then has the contestants follow her to the gym. Heba's thinking that something's about to go down, and Renee wonders if they're going to have to weigh in right now.
