Both Coleen and Jerry are totally crying, too. This is the worst! Jerry interviews that the separation between them will only be in distance and not in their hearts. He is such a good dad. I can't take it. They sit down to talk about their decision, and Jerry tells Coleen that he wishes he'd had this opportunity at her age. It's her opportunity, he says, and adds that she taught him how to change his life. With his injury, the next three weeks are very uncertain. He tells her to continue going so she doesn't end up like him. Oh, man, this is so sad. Jerry tells Coleen that he's ready to go home, even though he doesn't want to leave without her. Coleen doesn't want him to leave, either, and particularly she wants him to get healthy. If he doesn't lose the weight, she says, he's going to die. In an interview Coleen is bawling and says that she just wants to do whatever she can to protect him and keep him around for longer. They both needed this badly, she says, but he needs to stay there more. He needs 100% professional focus on him. Oh, man, I am totally crying. Jerry tells Coleen that if she goes home and he stays, he won't be able to function knowing that he's blown an opportunity for one of his children. Coleen tells him that he deserves to care about himself, too. She tells him that he's done more in these three weeks than he ever has in trying to lose weight, and he's going to stay there and continue learning. He tells her not to worry about him at home. It was her idea to come on the show, and she's going to get something that he could never give her. And then Coleen comes out with the kicker. She wants to get married, and she wants Jerry to be there to walk her down the aisle. OH MY GOD GO TO COMMERCIAL SO I CAN STOP CRYING! I can't take this shit anymore. Damn you, Biggest Loser! OH, and then damn you more for cutting to the picture of Jerry and little kid Coleen on a chair with questionable upholstery before going to commercial. GAH, THE TEARS!
Okay, it's time for the decision to come down. This continues to be the worst. Sami asks the others to tell the Yellow Team what they really think of them. People seem to love them. The tears! The tears! Sami asks the Yellow Team to say a few words. Jerry tells everyone how special this experience has been, including the friends they've made. They've already won by being there, he says, and thanks everyone for their support. Coleen reveals that Jerry is going home. She tells him that she's amazed by him and everything that he's conquered in the past three weeks. She's proud of him, and says that he's the best dad and she's thankful to have him as her father. Oh, I'm so worried about Jerry! I really hope that he loses a shitload of weight at home. Coleen is alone in a sea of families, and looks really sad.
