The Blue Team heads to see Dr. H., where they'll hopefully get news other than that they're going to die. They sit in a big pod that measures their body fat percentage, lay on a table that scans their whole body to see how much fat they have, etc. Dr. H. meets with Michelle and Renee. Six weeks ago, Michelle learned that her true biological age was not 26, but 41. Now, she's at 34. Renee has gone from 66 years in her true biological age to 44. She feels like she can do anything. Brady dropped in his cardiac age. Six weeks ago he was 72, and now he's close to 43. Vicky has lost 38 pounds of hydrated fat, and gained 2 pounds of muscle. Amy C. has gone from a biological age of 47 to 34. She feels good about the improvement. Phil had 47% body fat six weeks ago and maybe was going to drop dead. He's lost more fat than he's lost weight and has almost crossed the line from morbid obesity to plain old obesity. And now he can see his toes! It's the little things. Amy P. has lost about 20% of her abdominal volume. She finally feels like she's on the right path in life. Coleen's heart was 55 years old six weeks ago, and now she's at about 30 years old. She's come far, and can't wait to be 24 again. Heba had 52% body fat previously, and lost 38 pounds of fat. She's happy to be going in the right direction for breeding. Dr. H. tells her how proud he is of her, and she cries.

The teams head to their challenge, which involves water and two giant rings that Coleen guesses they'll have to balance on. Sami greets the team and confirms Coleen's fears. She tells them that each team will have a balance beam, upon which they'll have to walk in circles. Every time a team member walks underneath a set laser beam, they'll get a point. The first team to get to 25 points will win. If a team member falls into the water, they're out. The only way they can get back in is if every member of both teams falls in. Then the game will be reset. That seems cruel, though not as cruel as a mountain of donuts. The winning team will earn videos from home. Renee really wants the videos, because she wants to see the husband that she so infamously left Michelle's dad for. Does she really think that's a good idea? One member of the Blue Team will have to sit out since the Black Team has four people to their five. There is some discussion around Vicky, who doesn't think the prize is very good but is willing to give it a fighting chance, and in the end it's Amy C. who ends up sitting out due to her injured knee.
