Renee next gets her video chat with her husband, who is also holding her dog! Aww. And ooh! Renee likes a little chocolate in her caramel, if you get my drift. He's super cute, and maybe younger than her. They love each other. Renee says that seeing her husband was worth more than any money or prize she could have received. Phil gets to talk with his mother-in-law and father-in-law, along with two of his sons -- Austin and Rhett. He's relieved that everything is going well at home, and says that he'll pass on the news and good wishes to Amy.
And with that it's time for the last-chance workout! Amy tells us that she's in a precarious position with her team. Other folks have formed alliances, so the only way she can stay is to drop some poundage. She has to be the biggest loser this week. Vicky says that she's more determined than most people, unless she's trying to walk around a big circular balance beam above a pool for a prize that she considers stupid anyway. For her part, Jillian wants to see her team puking. If you're not puking, she says, you're just not working hard enough. She threatens to break all of Phil's fingers if he touches the rails of the treadmill. Meanwhile, Bob wants to see if Brady can leg press 670 pounds. Jesus. He screams and makes a devil face, but he does ten reps. Everyone claps for him. Jillian holds Phil with a resistance band as she makes him run on the treadmill. He thinks it's fucked up. The girls call Jillian cruel and unusual. Phil pretends he's going to throw up so he can get off the treadmill. But then he actually does throw up. That's gotta be at least a pound. Coleen tells us that there are days when Jillian's like the older sister you want to punch but can't. As Coleen screams in pain, Jillian yells for Phil to get back in the gym. Michelle tells us that Jillian has a way of pushing you further than you even think you can go. Amy P. is being pushed pretty hard, too, as she leg presses 450 pounds and screams as if she's giving birth to her fourth child. She feels like her legs are going to break in half, and cries. Bob tells her to do it again. She does. Mostly everyone always lives, which is a good thing, except in Vicky's case.
Back at the ranch, Vicky and Brady go in to see Heba. There is some gossiping going on. Apparently, Phil had one of his great judgment calls and tried to bond with Brady by telling him that Amy (Phil's wife) really needs to stay, and that Brady and Vicky could send Heba's ass packing with minimal effort. He then apparently expounded on why Heba is such a pain in the butt. Heba thinks that Phil has hate in his heart, and doesn't know where it comes from. She also thinks that he's an idiot, which he is. Brady is wondering if Amy P. has something to do with this, because Phil's not smart enough to do it on his own. Everyone agrees that she probably does. They're prepared to boot her if the opportunity arises.
