Jackson and Cate are both freaking out about the possibility of being eliminated, and Dolvett's soul is hurting about the whole situation. Joe has the highest percentage of weight lost, so can't be eliminated. This season, there's actually a voting booth featuring a touch screen with the photos of the contestants up for elimination. Cate can't pick someone, so covers her eyes and touches the screen at random. Way to accidentally send home some poor slob! It turns out her sloppy fingers chose Jackson. Jackson voted for Lisa, because he thinks she's strong and capable of succeeding off of the ranch. Francelina voted for Cate, and so did Joe. Lisa has the final vote, and voted for Cate, who has a good support system at home.

Cate assures everyone that she can indeed do it at home, and doesn't want them to feel bad. Of course she doesn't really want to say goodbye, and is heartbroken. The worst part about leaving, she says, is that she just started to figure things out. Dolvett has rearranged the furniture of her mind, which is apparently a good thing. She knows that she can do this at home, and the next time we'll see her she'll be on the way to crossing the finish line of her first marathon. We catch up with Cate today. She started the show at 237 pounds, and now weighs 196. She's making smoothies and stuff, and has reimagined Fat Tuesdays as Fit Tuesdays. She's going after her dreams, including that of running a full marathon. She's training with a friend, and tells us that she's run over the rut that she was, at one time, stuck in. Cate plans to run her first marathon next year. Dolvett promised to meet her at the finish line. And turn her into a woman.
