That's 2.09% for him. Drea is next. She goes from 232 to 227, for a loss of 5 pounds or 2.16%. That's enough to keep her safe for another week, and actually puts her at the top of the scoreboard. Daris is up next, and needs to have lost more than four pounds. He goes from 244 to 237, for a loss of 7. Safe! That's 2.87%, and apparently Daris is leading the house in percentage of weight lost. He looks great, too.

Sam is next. He needs to have lost more than four pounds to stay safe. He goes from 264 to 262, for a loss of only 2. Sam says he worked so hard, and kept his nutrition on point. He can't be mad at himself, even though he's only lost .76%. O'Neal and Sam are in danger of falling below the yellow line. Sunshine is next, and needs to have lost more than two pounds to stay safe. She goes from 208 to 202, for a loss of 6! Oh, good for her. Bob tells us that Sunshine busts her ass every day, and is a soldier. She's lost 2.88% this week, which nudges her just above Daris. Sam is definitely below the yellow line and up for elimination. Stephanie is last to weigh in, and as we've seen, she's had a tough week. She needs to have lost more than two pounds to stay safe. Stephanie goes from 199 to 198, for a loss of only 1 pound or .5%. She's below the yellow line with Sam, and O'Neal is safe. A tearful Stephanie addresses the speculation that she threw the weigh-in, and says that's not who she is, and those who love her will know that.

Back at the house, Sam tells the others that he's all heart on or off the scale. He's not going to trash Stephanie to make himself look better, but he does say that if he stays there he will keep the others working. Stephanie, meanwhile, cries about her friendship drama. She says she wants to be there, and that's all she can say. Sunshine is close to both of them, and doesn't know what to do. Koli, meanwhile, still believes that Stephanie is a shady game-player. He doesn't want to have people like that around him.
