The team is one hour into the challenge, and they unearth their next clue: "True or False: To date, the U.S. cast of The Biggest Loser has lost more than 12 tons." They guess true, and go to the next question, which is buried in China. They finally dig it up, and Courtney and Austin join. The question is, "At the first weigh-in, how much did Arthur say he weighed at his heaviest?" Courtney knows that it's 646, and the Blue Team heads to the next question. It simply says, "The entire team must pull this rope until you reach the end." The Blue Team is all in, with about ten minutes to go. They think they're close, but as it turns out what they thought was the finish was only the midway point, and they have to go all the way back to the start, unearthing deeply-planted things along the way. With six seconds to spare, the Blue Team makes it across the finish line. That was suspiciously nail-biting. Everyone's feeling family-ish, which should make it really interesting if they have to boot someone.

Last chance workout! There seems to be even more screaming than usual as Bob and Jillian torture the men. Justin tells us that there's not a dry shirt in the gym, and the energy is amazing. This is how he remembers working out, he says. The ladies are having their own workout. Brett says that they're working out really hard, but they're getting smaller and so it's difficult for them to lose big numbers. Hannah does lunges in a 50-pound weight vest, and she wonders how she used to drag around all that extra weight. Moses says he wants to do everything he can to keep Kaylee on the ranch. He's trying to lose a shitload of weight to make that happen. Austin tells us that this workout with Bob is one of the hardest he's had, and that Bob wants him to lose 7 pounds. He knows he can do it, and tells us that the number one worst thing to hear from Bob or Jillian's mouth is, "We're going to be best friends today." Austin does not want to be BFFs with Bob, and as we see a torture montage we understand why. Justin wants more beatings. I'm sure Jillian is happy to oblige.
