Meanwhile, life is hard for Aubrey, with the five kids and all. She makes it to the gym, though, and realizes that she has to make herself a priority. Oprah will be pleased at this development. Kristin is trying her hardest and bossing her mom and friends around on the exercise machines. Laura drinks a protein shake from a martini glass, which is actually pretty hilarious. Maybe we've all been too hard on her. Mike and Ron go out with their family for pizza, which the owner gives to them for free. Tara tells her brother to eat Extra Sugar-Free Gum instead of brownies. Sione tries to make some healthy menu choices. Helen is having a hard time saying no to delicious Polish comfort food. It's hard to deny the power of the pierogi. But everyone does the healthy thing. Well, at least for the brief moments that we see. Helen is overwhelmed and proud of her ability to make the right choices.

We follow Aubrey as she visits with her dad, Bryce, who is extremely obese. She says he's around 500 pounds. She's worried about his health and asks him if seeing her motivates him to lose weight. He says it has. He knows that he'll die if he doesn't. Aubrey tells him that if he loses 300 pounds and gets down to a healthy weight, he'll have lost an entire obese person off of his body. Or a Kirstie Alley plus a Kiera Knightley. Bryce jokes around a little, but Aubrey doesn't think it's funny because the situation is so serious. He says that he's started eating better, but Aubrey knows it's bullshit. She says that she wants her dad back. But she knows that she can't do this for her dad -- he has to want do it himself.

Everyone packs their stuff and prepares to head back to the ranch. It's hard for everyone, and it's hard on their families, too. Hugs and kisses, music about letting go, tears, etc. When the contestants get back, Sami gathers them together to reveal the marathon results and who stole the cookies from the cookie jar. She looks like she's been crying all night. Maybe she thinks the cookie rule is a terrible twist, too? Sami reveals Sione's time, then asks who penalized Sione with cookies. No one did! His time stands. We see Tara's time, which was of course the fastest. Sami asks if anyone ate a cookie for her. Helen admits that she did. Tara is shocked and annoyed. She interviews that Helen ate a cookie for nothing since she didn't win. Sione has developed a whole new level of respect for Helen. What happened to Aubrey's cookies?
