The Green Team is next, and needs to have lost more than 15 pounds collectively. Ken is up first up, and is worried that his injury may cost him on the scale. He goes from 257 to 253, for a loss of 4 pounds. He says that walking wasn't good enough to get the burn that he needed. Cara has glitter under her eyes, which means that we can instantly discount everything she says even more than usual. Kaylee is up next. She goes from 169 to 168 for a loss of only 1 pound, which is also not totally unexpected. She says she has to be happy with that, and that she did all she could. Courtney looks very happy about this development. Kaylee wishes it was more, but what can you do. She's lost 65 pounds overall. This leaves Austin, who has to lose more than 10 pounds. Ken says he's fully expecting to go to the elimination room. Austin goes from 265 to 263, for a loss of 2 pounds. Everyone is shocked, though for Courtney it's shocked in a good way. Austin feels like he's failed his team. He's lost 133 pounds altogether, though, which is nothing to feel bad about. The Green Team has lost 7 pounds, or 1.01%. The Black Team is safe.
And so it all comes down to Courtney, just like you knew it would. She has to lose more than 2 pounds to stay safe. Brett tells her that she's got it. Courtney goes from 232 to 231, for a loss of only 1 pound. She's dunzo. Everyone seems really upset about this development, and Jillian swears like 100 times. Brett says that Courtney worked her fucking ass off. Courtney says that she's all right, and is going to stand up there with peace. She's been trying to figure out her plateau for weeks, and says that obviously she can't figure it out there, but can at home. Courtney addresses her girls -- she loves them more than anything, and tells them to finish this out strong. I bet they were all sister wives in a past life. Brett says that this is very frustrating, especially with someone that you really care about and who puts the effort out. I wonder if he can collect unemployment? Jillian starts crying a little and says that she really cares about Courtney. Bob is pissed, and reminisces about meeting Courtney at a finale years ago. He says she's done so much, and it bothers him that her journey is over right now. He doesn't go in for the "meant to be" crap. Courtney says that it's over on campus, but she's going to figure it out. Olivia joins Bob in being pissed, and says that if she could trade with Courtney now she would. Courtney is a hero to all mankind, and Olivia can't imagine being on campus without her. Courtney tells her to keep going, because she's practicing for her future career as a motivational speaker.
