The made over contestants then get to meet with Sami. Sunshine is first, and sends her into a room full of her fat, dessert-eating former self. And then we see Sunshine checking herself out in the mirror with her new super-glam hair and sunny yellow dress. She's loving life right now. Hiding in the wings are Sunshine's brothers, Jazz and Arece. Jazz feels starstruck, and can't wait to give her a hug. They reveal themselves, and it's such hugging as you have never seen before! They love her so much. What a lovely family. Sunshine notes that her dad would have been so happy to see her today. [The brothers seemed shocked at how skinny she is now, but wouldn't they have just seen her at the funeral? Don't get me wrong, she looks hot with the hair and stuff, but their initial reaction seemed a little staged. -- AC]

Next up in the room of former selves and secret family members is Koli. He looks so cute! He has a total nerd chic thing going on, and is proud to look in the mirror. Koli's parents, Melesieni and Sideli are hiding in the wings. They emerge, and give him major love and a lei. Koli says that this is like a graduation -- he's leaving his old self behind and becoming a new man, and his parents are there to help welcome him to the new part of his life. His dad quietly tells him that he's proud of him. Melesieni says that she never thought she'd see Koli like this today, and that it's priceless to see him so happy and comfortable with himself.

Ashley is next, and has a pretty fab new haircut and a flattering black tunic and leggings ensemble. She's floored at how she's changed, and says that she doesn't know the girl who she was when she first came to campus. Her work is paying off, and she loves feeling sexier and more womanly than ever. Ashley's sister Cyndie and friend Adrienne are there, and think that she looks absolutely gorgeous. They greet her with squeals and hugs and tears. Cyndie says that she was worried that she'd lose her sister young, and to see her now looking and feeling so beautiful is really great. Adrienne and Cyndie compliment Ashley on her newfound collar bones, and pat her new, skinnier ass. Ashley feels great, and says that this is the best day ever.
