At The Round Robin in California, Koli goes out to see his friends. He also says that being home is a challenge, and that people are bombarding him left and right. He's feeling a lot of pressure being at home, and tries to decompress with Sam. They both agree that it's tough. Sam tells him to put himself first, and they decide to make it an early night. Being skinny makes you lose friends.

We then catch up with Daris on his video diary. It's 1:00 a.m., and Daris has just gotten home. He decides to eat something. He's been stressing out about the marathon, about losing weight, about his love life. He's doing the same thing he used to do -- eat to feel better. Even though he only looks like he's eating cereal, Daris says he slipped and has eaten twice the calories that he's had all day. And once he's done eating, he feels like crap again. Then he eats some more. This whole thing appears to stress him out even more, which concerns me.

Koli, meanwhile, heads to Vegas. His week at home was nice in terms of seeing family, but being bombarded by friends was too difficult. He's focused on getting into the top two, and so has decided to go to the land of slot machines and hookers, where there will be no distractions. Turns out that Koli has a friend named Robert who is a trainer, and has something of a boxing and martial arts focus. Koli tells us that all he does is work out and sleep, and he almost considers it an unfair advantage to be in a place where he can focus so seriously. Also: hookers.

And hey! Bob and Jillian are visiting the final four! They're surprise visits, and to add to the surprise Bob is in a pizza delivery vehicle. The contestants are by and large overjoyed to see them. Bob asks Koli what he's doing in Vegas, and Koli says "I wanted to gamble and eat the buffets." And see Cher, of course. There are big hugs all around. Bob asks Mike how he's feeling, and Mike hesitates a bit. He acknowledges that he's having a hard time. Jillian, meanwhile, has to take a helicopter to Ardmore, Oklahoma, because there are no nearby airports.
