Frado is next. He starts at 367 pounds and goes to 340, for a loss of 27 pounds. He says he hasn't seen 350 in God knows how long. I mean, he's not that much above 350, so I find that claim dubious. He's lost 7.36%. Next we have Sophia, who goes from 272 pounds to 258, for a loss of 14 pounds or 5.15%. She says she's realized that she's okay, and feels fricking amazing. Next we have Ada, who started at 258 pounds. She now weighs 240, for a loss of 18 or 6.98%. With eight people left to weigh in, things are going to get interesting. For every person who weighs in, one will be safe and one won't.
Burgandy, who I totally forgot about, is next. She needs to have lost more than 23 pounds to be guaranteed safety. She goes from 231 to 219, for a loss of 12 pounds. That's 5.19%, so for the moment she's still above the yellow line. Sophia, however, is bumped down and facing elimination. Meanwhile, Rick is guaranteed safety. Jesse is next. He goes from 369 to 339 for a loss of 30 pounds. He jokes that he didn't even get to say goodbye to 350. He's lost 8.13%, which puts him near the top and bumps Burgandy below the yellow line. Mark is definitely safe. Jessica is up next, and has to lose 22 pounds to be safe. She goes from 282 to 268 for a loss of 14 pounds. She starts crying, but in the end says that 14 pounds is pretty damned good. She's lost 4.96% and is below the yellow line. Meanwhile, Jesse is safe.
Adam is next, and needs to have lost more than 29 pounds. He goes from 402 to 368 for a loss of 34. Nailed it! He cries and talks about his dead mom, which makes everything depressing again. He tells us that his heart is big, and once he gets the fat off the world is going to see it shine. Adam has lost 8.46% and Allie is pushed below the yellow line. Lisa needs to have lost more than 21 pounds to be guaranteed safety. She goes from 288 to 272 for a loss of 16 pounds or 5.56%, and is quite happy about it. She's just above the yellow line, but isn't safe yet. Patrick goes below the yellow line.
Next there is Brendan, who needs to have lost more than 25 pounds. He lost that in snot alone! Brendan goes from 362 to 331 for a loss of 31 pounds. Safe! Hooray. He says that he's the biggest worrier there is, but he feels so good right now. Brendan's percentage lost is 8.56%. This pushes Lisa below the yellow line. Next there is Elizabeth, who hasn't had the easiest week. She needs to have lost more than 17 pounds. Elizabeth goes from 244 to 232 for a loss of 12 pounds. She says that she's not disappointed, because she worked hard for those twelve pounds. Elizabeth wants a better life, and will keep fighting regardless of whether she stays on the show. She's lost 4.92%, which places her firmly at the bottom.
