Marci weighs in next, and needs to have lost more than 101 pounds to take the lead from Ana. She goes from 238 pounds to 152, for a loss of 86 pounds or 36.13%. Marci flexes, and her arms are just unbelievable. If the $100,000 at-home prize was decided based upon an arm wrestling competition, it would be no contest.

And then it's time for some more contestants! Hey! It's twins Dan and Don! Holy fuck, are they skinny. Dan especially. Still with the moustaches, though, which is unfortunate. Then there's Q, who looks like he's lost exactly zero pounds, and his wife Larialmy, who is being played by Frenchie Davis. Frankly, I don't even know why they showed up. Larialmy's dress is fab, though. Sami asks Don how his relationship with his fucking judgmental son is going. It's apparently going great. We see Don's son in the audience, looking like he's a member of Arcade Fire or some shit, and I just want to break his glasses. I wish people would stop applauding him. Sami reminds us that Dan wanted to go home, which was apparently a good move on his part. Dan and Don are involved in something called "This City's Going on a Diet dot com," which is an Oklahoma City thing. Don and Dan are inspirations to all.

After a commercial break, Sami hangs out with some past winners and contestants in the audience before throwing Dan and Don on the scale. We see their montage, in which Dan talks most heartbreakingly about his son's death. He needs to have lost more than 122 pounds to take the lead from Ana. Dan goes from 287 to 163, for a loss of 124 pounds! That's 43.21%, and Ana is out of it. Don is next, and almost falls off the scale before he even gets a chance to weigh in. he needs to have lost more than 133 pounds to take the lead away from Dan. He goes from 309 to 179, for a loss of 130 pounds or 42.07%. So close! We see a montage for Q and Larialmy, in which Q and Cara scream at each other. Q now tells Cara that he loves her to death, despite that bunchy satin thing she's wearing. The best part of her reaction shot is that we get to see Jillian, too. Q goes from 437 pounds to 344 pounds, for a loss of 93 pounds, or 21.28%. He seems to be quite happy about this, because he is an idiot. Q has also gained a pound since we last saw him, which was at the beginning of February. That is lame, man. Seriously, stop celebrating like that. Larialmy goes from 301 to 217, for a loss of 84 pounds or 27.91%. Also not great, given that she's on a competitive weight loss show. Those two have been hanging out at the DQ with Courtney, I think.
