It is night, and the contestants meet up with Sami. A buffet table is set up, featuring a bunch of covered room service trays. It's a temptation challenge! Sami asks: "Would you rather control your diet, or control this game?" It turns out that at this week's weigh-in, only one team member will represent his or her team on the scale. The winner of the temptation challenge gets to choose who from each team will be weighed. Diabolical! Each player lines up in front of a tray, and there are curtains between each player so they can't see each other. Everyone is expecting their favorite food to be under the lid of the tray -- fried catfish in Liz's case and fettucine alfredo for Shay. However, everyone gets only a small cupcake. Allen explains that the temptation wasn't the cupcake, but rather the power. The cupcake only contains 100 calories. Oh, but wait. The challenge is to eat more cupcakes than anyone else in a 10-minute period. And of course, since the contestants can't see each other, they'll just have to gorge intuitively.
The ten minute period begins. There is a lot of cupcake sniffing going on. Sami adds more cupcakes -- each of which looks more delicious -- to the contestants' trays. Now they want the cupcakes. Danny pretends that he's eating the cupcakes, and Liz tells him to stop it. She thinks it's too soon to have control of the game like that, and that it will put a big target on their backs. Sean is hearing voices coming from the cupcakes. He's looking more and more like a 400-pound k.d. lang, which I guess means that he's having a constant cupcake craving. He wants to take a cupcake and rub it all over his body. Frosting is next to godliness. With six minutes left no one has caved, so Sami taunts them. The voices in Tracey's head are having a battle about impulsiveness versus thoughtfulness, which she plays out in a sort of Lunatic Asylum Children's Theater fashion. And then Antoine eats a cupcake! Sami reveals that someone has eaten a cupcake, and Tracey's voices have another dialogue. Panic wins, and she chows.
With the ten minutes up, Sami reveals that Tracey and Antoine were the only two who ate cupcakes. Sean is shocked! He tells Antoine that he better have won. But Antoine didn't. Tracey had four cupcakes compared to Antoine's two. She says she wasn't prepared to win, and adds that she feels sick to her stomach. In an interview, Tracey reveals that it felt good when she first ate the cupcake, but afterwards she hated herself for it. Everyone else has an air of mild disgust. They are not feeling Tracey, in part because they know she's unhinged and there's no telling what she'll do. Mo leans over Tracey's shoulder and quietly asks, "What were you thinking?" Rebecca confirms that Tracey's crazy and doesn't even know what she's doing when she does it. Tracey gives major crazy eyes to underscore this point, and Sami sends everyone home.
