Lisa tells her colleagues that she really wasn't "there" until yesterday. She wanted to go home to her kids, and she didn't have her head in the game. But now she knows that she's not ready to go home. Brendan interviews that Lisa's full of shit. Every day she either wants to go home, or wants a cigarette, or wants to go home with Ali, etc. And then she has a one-minute conversation with Bob that leads to an epiphany. Brendan isn't buying it. Tina tells the others that she gave it her all today, and doesn't want the others to think she's a quitter. And that's it. Adam interviews that he was borderline disgusted by Tina, who barely said a thing. I'm guessing Tina's probably going to get to go on her dream vacation at any minute.

The elimination ceremony takes place on the dirt field. Jesse votes first for Tina, citing Lisa's newfound motivation. Frado, fed up with the drama of the past week, also votes for Tina. Patrick votes for Tina. Jessica votes for Tina. Basically, everyone's voted for Tina. Sami is sorry to tell her that she's been eliminated. Tina says that being there was an amazing experience, and that Lisa is like her own child. She feels blessed to have been on the show, and knows that her life can be turned around. Tina's highlight reel consists solely of her falling off the treadmill on her first day in the gym. Please try to hold back the tears. Tina says she has the desire to be healthy, strong and beautiful again, and will do it. Tina's daughter has been a motivating factor, and Tina can't wait to help her with all that she's learned. The next time we see Tina, she'll prove to us how strong a 58 year old grandmother can be.

We catch up with Tina now. She started at 263 pounds and now weighs 205 pounds! Pretty good! Although she still has the glasses. Tina notes that going home was the right choice for her. Her daughter, who also auditioned for the show but didn't get on, has been motivated by watching Tina and is working alongside her to reach their goals. Tina's daughter has lost 85 pounds. Wow! She and Tina both look good, and Tina wants her daughter to accompany her on stage at the finale weigh in. By the finale, Tina and her daughter hope to lose 200 pounds together.
