Bob and Jillian meet with The Knowns and hear all about what happened at the challenge. They also learn that Dan wouldn't be totally opposed to going home. Jillian isn't buying it, and tells Dan that he has more to do mentally than anyone else in the room. Dan and Don kind of smirk and chuckle, and I think it's only because she has the flu that Jillian doesn't totally bring out the whoop-ass. Jillian tells us that Dan is right back to square one, and is avoiding everything and acting like a martyr. She doesn't feel like dealing with it in depth at the moment, and so The Knowns move on to their last chance workout.
At the last chance workout, Dan tells us that Bob and Jillian were totally convinced that he couldn't succeed unless he does whatever they say. They have a proven track record, he says, but that doesn't negate the fact that he can succeed without them. He's been doing a bang-up job of it so far, after all. Dan says that he's a 30-year veteran of the police department, and a captain. He supervises life and death situations, and Bob and Jillian are not going to sit in a room and tell him that he'll fail, because he's not going to. There is serious strenuous working out happening, and everyone looks pretty tired. Except for Courtney, that is, who just kills it constantly. She tells Bob that it's great to have a two-pound advantage, but really it means nothing to her because she's there to lose weight. Bob tells her that her head is on straight. He loves her something serious. Arthur, meanwhile, is not nearly so hard core. He sure is sweating a lot, though. Arthur says that he hasn't been able to get into the gym all week, apparently because of an injury or something since we see him swimming. He's prepared to leave all he has in the gym. And what last chance workout would be complete without Bob and Jillian screaming? And without someone puking? Pretty.
With that, it's time for the weigh-in. Sami is looking super extra fly, which is nice to see. She tells The Knowns that The Unknowns had another incredible week. Austin lost 15 pounds, and then made a crazy tearful speech. Q lost 19 pounds and said that his mind was on the right track. And Moses has lost 64 pounds altogether. However, The Knowns aren't competing against The Unknowns this week -- they're competing against each other. Irene, of course, was the challenge winner, and as long as she doesn't fall below the yellow line she gets to cast the only elimination vote. If she does fall below the yellow line, she'll automatically go home.
