Julio tells us that his family is going to have a whole different husband and dad now, since he's changed mind, body, and soul since coming to campus. He's no longer afraid. Sometimes in life, he says, you need a jump start, and he got an extremely rare opportunity to come on the show. He thanks everyone involved, and tells us that the next time we see him he'll be slim and fit, and will make us, Bob and Jillian proud. We catch up with Julio now, and he's a total gym rat! He started the show at 407 pounds, and today weighs 299. He says that life is easier already. His kids see him working hard, and he knows that that's making a positive impression. Julio has also been hitting the farmer's market, and continues his passion for cooking but in a healthier way. The whole family is getting healthier too, which is good times. Julio says that what was really required was a change in his own attitude. It's true -- remember how jerky he was the first week? Julio is working hard to reach his goal of losing 200 pounds by the finale!
Next week: Blue versus Black, suckers! Someone will get a golden ticket that allows them to choose trainers and designate teams...and everyone's praying that it's not Tracey.
