Bob takes the majority of contestants outside to do lunges and yoga, while Jillian prepares to box with Lance and his bad knee. Things start off weird, and finally Jillian says that she's all for manipulating this situation to stay there longer. However, they need to be honest about it with the trainers. Lance points out that Jillian called Melissa a liar on national television. Jillian replies, "Because she's lying, honey." I have never loved her more than I love her now, I swear to God. Jillian tells Lance that she doesn't like being treated like she's stupid. Lance says that Melissa won't lie to Jillian or Bob. Jillian wonders when he's going to tell her that the earth is flat. She knows what's what with the roundness of the earth. Jillian can't continue to have this conversation with Lance because she can't pretend that she thinks she's wrong. She knows that she's right. Lance says that he has absolutely no respect for Jillian at all, and won't work with her. Jillian seems pretty cool with that and tosses of an ambivalent, "Such is life."
As Bob inflicts torture on the other contestants, Jillian approaches him, in front of everyone, which may or may not be cool. She tells him that the Red Team is going to be his for the rest of the season, because she doesn't pretend that liars aren't lying. Bob wants to talk about it later. Indeed, everyone is kind of gawking and looking uncomfortable. Jillian takes a member from each team with her to box. Melissa hangs back until Bob tells her to go, because it will be "interesting." This all feels like a giant producer set-up, doesn't it? Fun times. And then the showdown happens. Jillian says to Melissa, "I don't give a crap how you play this game, it's yours to play. I don't judge any decisions you make. With that said, don't treat me like I'm stupid." Melissa says that Jillian doesn't know her, and is judging her. She swears on God, Buddha, and her children's lives that she came by that zero weight loss honest. [Those poor kids. I hope God didn't strike them down after this episode. -- Angel] Jillian tells us that Melissa doesn't understand the science of weight loss, and so thinks she can pull one over on everyone with that "children's lives" bullcrap. She adds, "Who do you think you're talking to? It doesn't get any better than me at this job. It just doesn't. I can take 100 pounds off of someone in seven weeks. You think I don't know the science?"
