Elizabeth makes peach cream cups for the Black Team's dessert, while Lisa makes a remarkably similar-sounding dessert for the Blue Team. I guess they all got the same general pool of ingredients and had to fashion slightly different menus out of them. Sami enters the kitchen to give a 20-minute warning and has to remind Lorena of the no touching rule. She yells, "No touching! And that means no touching!" and it's a little like an Afterschool Special. Lorena really wants to touch some damn food, and so does Curtis. He says he's never wanted to touch food as much as he does right now. Things really get oddly sexual in the kitchen with these celebrity chefs. And just when you thought they couldn't get MORE oddly sexual, Curtis yells, "Squeeze it, baby, squeeze it!" If anyone exclaims, "Put it in your mouth!" I'm ending this recap early. With time running out, the chefs and contestants run around like crazy folk and try to ensure that no one gets salmonella poisoning.

The appetizers are taken out to the judges, Frado and Adam. Frado says that he knows the three Black Team chefs are terrible cooks, so his plan is to pick the appetizer that he least likes. The chefs watch on closed circuit TV and crack up at how Frado relishes one dish and says the other -- made by his own team -- is disgusting. Ada and Mark judge the entrees, while Brendan and Jesse judge dessert. For the appetizers, Frado votes for the ceviche while Adam goes for the papaya salad. This means that each team voted for their own, and the teams are tied at one. Frado tells us that the ceviche was the worst dish, and he had a gut feeling that his team made it. For entrees, Ada votes for the grilled tuna and ratatouille, as does Mark. This means that the Blue Team gets two points. For desserts, Jesse chooses the peachy ice cream-esque cup, which was made by the Black Team, and so does Brendan. This means that it's a tie! Lorena is psyched. For the tiebreaker, the judges have to guess how many calories are in their team's dessert. The team who is closest wins. The Blue Team remains calm while the Black Team in-fights and swears. Frado stalks off and swears some more, and Jesse laughs at the Black Team's epic meltdown. All of Lorena's earlier enthusiasm has been quelled by the fact that she has a team of psychos. In the end the Black Team guesses 185 calories, while the Blue Team guesses 109. The Blue Team wins! Their dessert was 100 calories, while the Black Team's dessert was 140. Frado pouts.
