Even though only Elizabeth and Jessica's weight losses will count, everyone else still has to weigh in. Anna is up first on the scale, and goes from 286 to 283 for a loss of only 3 pounds. The folks on the Blue Team realize that they may have made a mistake in their choice. Ada is next. She goes from 215 to 211 pounds, which is also not great. Bob whispers to Jesse that they all pulled back because Elizabeth was the obvious choice. Brendan is next, and goes from 313 to 302 for a loss of 11 pounds. Doesn't seem like he pulled back that much. Patrick is next, and goes from 346 to 337 for a loss of 9 pounds. He's happy with that. And finally, Frado weighs in for the Black Team. He goes from 308 to 294, for a loss of 14 pounds! That's pretty great, and Frado is really excited to see the other side of 300 pounds. He even tears up a little, which is nice to see instead of all his regular bullshit.

And then Elizabeth weighs in. Dunh dunh! Her current weight is 218. She steps on the scale and ends up at 213, for a loss of 5 pounds. That's really good for her, and the Black Team is all smiles. Elizabeth thanks Jillian for pushing her so hard, and for hack-psychoanalyzing her. Jillian says that Elizabeth had every opportunity to play the weak card, but still pulled it out. They're not out of the woods yet, but they're in the game. Elizabeth has lost 2.29%. Ada and Anna are both below her, much to the chagrin of the Blue Team and their intuitive choices. They actually might have been better off if they'd had their first choice blocked.

It's time for the Blue Team to weigh in. Sami asks who the Black Team would have put on the scale if the Blue Team had blocked their first choice. They would have gone for Jesse, and so he gets to weigh in first. Jesse goes from 305 pounds to 296, for a loss of 9 pounds. He would have crushed it if the Black Team had picked him. Jesse makes an oath never to go over 300 pounds again. Sami plans to hold him to it, though she doesn't elaborate upon how. Mark is up next, and goes from 352 to 336 for a loss of 16 pounds! That's crazy! Adam is up next, and he goes from 335 to 322, for a loss of 13 pounds! Also amazing! The Blue Team is really killing it this week. Lisa is up next, and goes from 252 pounds to 244, for a loss of 8 pounds. That's also really great. If this were a real weigh-in, I think the Blue Team would run away with the victory. Also, everyone so far has beaten Elizabeth, calling into question the Blue Team's decision not to use its veto power. Aaron weighs in next, and goes from 407 pounds to 398, for a loss of 9 pounds. This actually wouldn't have been enough to beat Elizabeth, for a change. Still Aaron is happy to be under 400 pounds.
