Next is the strength/balance challenge, which finds Arthur and Jesse inching their way across logs for the Black Team. They have a significant lead, as Justin and Ken are still hung up on the calorie challenge, but once they get to a break in the logs with hay underneath, Arthur falls off and they have to start over. As you may have noted, Arthur is a pretty big guy. But though his legs are shaking on the second pass, he does it! The Black Team has completed the fourth challenge while the Red Team members are stuck on the third. Q screams at Justin and Ken a lot. For the fifth challenge, Hannah grabs her bow and arrow and prepares to try to hit the heart-shaped target. Despite having no experience, she does it on the first try! The Black Team starts unwrapping their presents and find puzzle pieces. Meanwhile, Hannah wonders what the heck happened to the Red Team. They're still trying to figure out if a cheeseburger has more calories than barbeque chicken, unsuccessfully.

The puzzle is apparently kind of difficult, but not that difficult. Arthur pops in the last piece and the Black Team has won! They get their videos and celebrate like crazy. Sami asks the Red Team what the heck happened, and Justin admits that it's pretty embarrassing. [That's what happens when you stay in a cushy lodge with your meals prepared for you. You never learn exactly how many calories are in BBQ chicken. -- Angel] Still, he says, they're going to crush the Black Team where it counts -- the weigh-in.

With the challenge over, the Red Team eats Cheerios while Brett talks to them about how great it is to eat Cheerios. Grains!

It's Valentines Day, Jillian says, which isn't true because I certainly don't think they filmed this a whole year ago, but in any case Bob and Jillian meet the contestants outside to have a screening of their videos. Irene has an adorable boyfriend and family, which seems in line with how cool she is. Courtney's sister and dad, who are also Marci's daughter and husband, espouse big time love. Tears. Arthur's wife misses him and is proud of him. There is a lot that she doesn't know. Arthur's kids, who are also Jesse's grandkids, are super cute and Jillian gets maternal pangs. Olivia's husband sends her big love, and apparently has also lost a bunch of weight! She loves him so much, it's really adorable. Sarah gets a whole family greeting from everyone including her husband and awesome dog. And then Deni gets to see wedding footage! Her daughter looks gorgeous and happy, and Deni is thrilled. She says it was terribly hard to miss her daughter's wedding, but she knows she's going to go home healthier and able to give more to her family.
