Laura decides to talk to Sione and Helen to see what they have to say for themselves. Sione goes first and urges her not to think about friendships and choose who she wants to be here, and that he'll help her stay in the game if she lets him stay. Helen puts her hand on Laura's and starts in saying she doesn't want to leave and wants to play this game with Laura and Tara because they're like her daughters. And you know what she did to her daughter, so that's got to be reassuring for Laura. Laura says that as the smallest person in the house, Helen is some kind of threat to her. That's... not how it works, though. Helen is the smallest threat. Laura would be crazy to vote her out.

This show will never end, so it's time for Filipe and Sione to say a tearful good-bye. Sione tells Filipe to find inspiration in himself if Sione is gone. Filipe tearfully thanks Sione for everything he's done for him. And then, the Tonga dance.

The Tonga dance is abbreviated for the vote. Sione admits that if he is voted out tonight, it's not Laura's fault for choosing him but his own for falling below the yellow line. That kind of mature attitude almost makes me want him to stay. Helen says her personal connection with Laura might not mean anything when it comes to this game. Laura interviews that she doesn't like having all this power as if she wasn't thrilled to bits about it just an hour ago.

Only Sione, Helen, and Laura report to the voting room. Sami asks Laura what she was thinking when she made her decision, and Laura says that she wanted this power more than anything in the beginning, but now realizes that it's a burden and she's going to feel guilty no matter what. While she thinks of Helen as a mother and admires how well she's done in the game at her advanced age, Sione has been an inspirational to her and she sees him as a brother. Sami just nods, like "let's go, darling. I've got a baby to nurse." Laura says her decision is based on what's best for her in this game, and who has been there for her the entire game. And that person is Helen. Which means Sione is gone. I wish it was Filipe instead, but that's cool.

Sione expected this, and says he has no idea what he was in for when he started this game, but he's excited to go back into the real world with the lessons he's learned here and be a better father and husband. Sione doesn't hug anyone on his way out. He interviews that this show changed his life and he's a lucky man with a wonderful wife and children. He tears up while talking about them, which is sweet. He's looking forward to being "the next Tongan Brad Pitt."
