Potes: B+ | Grade It Now!
ds, and 45 since he's left the ranch. Arthur takes us through a day in his life. At 7:30 a.m. he gets his kids off to school, and then walks the 5.5 miles to his gym. While he walks, he thinks of the grand prize -- not the money, but getting his life back. At 10:00 a.m., Arthur has his first workout with a trainer. At 2:00 p.m. he walks home, to make dinner at 4:00 p.m. The number one thing for a guy like him, he says, is to control what he eats. At 6:00 p.m., Arthur has his second workout of the day, this time with Jesse. He tells us that his dad has been so important to him, and it's been the best time of his life to come back home and finish this out with him. Jesse tells us that two years ago he couldn't even get his arms around Arthur, and now look at him. 8:00 is bedtime for Arthur's kids, and he reads them a story and tells us that he doesn't want his kids to think it's okay to be 600 pounds. He promises us that at the finale he will be half the man he was. And, in some ways, twice the man. Arthur has lost more than 300 pounds since his weight loss journey began and plans to reach his goal of 250 pounds by the finale.

Next week: The trainers use their non-existent psychology degrees!
