With that, we're back at the ranch and the contestants head to the scale. Tara lost the most weight of any woman on campus. Mike lost the most weight of any person on campus. Ron and Helen are the oldest contestants to make it this far. Sami tells everyone that the two contestants with the highest percentage of weight loss will guarantee themselves a place in the finale. The two people with the lowest percentage of weight loss will fall below the yellow line and face elimination one final time. The third member of the final three will be chosen by a vote. And it's America who will get to decide. Yeah, sucker! I will take my small shards of power where I can get them.

Ron is up first on the scale. He goes from 289 to 279 for a loss of 10. Ron wishes that it could have been more, since it's the total weight he lost in his 30 days at home, but is still happy. Mike emotionally interviews that his dad is an incredible person, and he's so proud of him. Ron has lost 151 pounds total. Jillian confesses that at the beginning she assessed the contestants and told Bob that Ron wasn't going to make it. Bob told her not to be so sure, and for once he was right. The fact that one-armed and one-legged Ron has lost ten pounds is magic time, according to Jillian. Ron's total percentage of weight lost is 3.46%.

Mike is up next. He has lost 164 pounds since beginning the competition. Mike tells us that his 30 days at home have been rough as hell, and he's just hoping that he lost enough weight to stay above the yellow line. He needs to have lost more than 7 pounds to best Ron. Mike goes from 224 to 214, also for a loss of 10, or 4.46%. He was hoping for more, and is disappointed in himself. Helen is next. She has lost 103 pounds total since starting the show. To guarantee a spot in the final three, Helen needs to have lost more than 6 pounds. She goes from 154 to 147 for a loss of 7, or 4.55%. She did it! Tara and Jillian are both enormously happy. Helen gives a message of hope to all the other 48-year-old women out there. I guess Helen made the right decision in advocating for her daughter to get the boot.
