Meanwhile, Jackson is having a very hard time breathing. Happily, Dr. Huizenga runs right up to him with an inhaler in hand. He's a PSYCHIC doctor, too! And then Danni goes right ahead and finishes in first place! She's so happy that she hugs a stranger. Joe is next to cross the finish line, impressing himself in the process. And then Pam finishes third! Who'da thunk it? Jillian is going to be SO pleased. Francelina comes in 4th, Lisa is in 5th, Jackson is in 6th and touts this as his redemption week, Gina comes in 7th, Jeff is 8th, Michael is 9th, and blistered Alex is 10th. This is a real "Pride on Three" moment, and Sami congratulates all of the contestants before announcing what we already knew: the White Team has won $15,000! Their average was 38:23. Pam jokes that she's going to buy carrots and celery for everyone! We do not learn which team comes in second.
We then revisit Sunny and Jillian, who has decided that Sunny should get into rowing. The two of them join the Pittsford children's rowing crew, and it turns out that Jillian is actually the WORST at rowing. They get a quick lesson, then prepare to go into actual water. Jillian tells the crew that if she falls in the water, they're all dead. Threatening the lives of children! She stays afloat, and Sunny has a great time on the water. Back at home, it's time for Sunny to have The Talk with her mom. Not the Birds and Bees talk, but the New Extracurriculars talk. Sunny tells her mom that she's not 100% sure what she wants to do now, and the stress of it all is taking a toll on her efforts to be healthy. Sunny's mom wants her to explore what's out there... and then become a doctor. A happy doctor, though. Jillian expresses Sunny's fear that her parents will be disappointed if she chooses a different path, and her mom assures Sunny that that's not the case. I'd love to hear what her mom says after the cameras have stopped rolling, though.
