Back To Basics

Back To Basics - In this two-hour premiere, we meet eighteen potential contestants and watch as a foot race determines the leaders of the Blue and Red teams, each of which will have six members total. It seems like the remaining six contestants will go home, until whackjob trainer Jillian returns and deems them the Black Team. There is working out, talk about healthy eating, and the pulling of planes. In the end, old guy Jerry defies expectations and leads the Blue Team to victory, and the seemingly unmotivated Amber is sent home.
