Anna then hangs out with Sunny and Blake, who is a tennis player and pretty happy to be meeting her. Blake says that he's already got himself and Sunny in a mixed doubles league. So cute! Sunny says that it will be a struggle to find the balance between teaching full-time, being a wife and mother, and maintaining her weight loss. She assures Blake that it's okay for him to tell her that she needs to get off the couch if she's slacking. He understands that he's expected to push her more, and not let her make excuses for not being active.
Dolvett then meets with John and Jill. He wonders if John is going to be able to accept the challenges of his home life and come out a winner. Dolvett asks Jill if she's aware that John has a food addiction. Given that he would eat three dinners every night, the answer is yes. Jill also has struggled with her weight, so Dolvett says that it's crucial for them to work together. Dolvett asks if Jill ever talked to John about his weight, and she explains that he was a closed person and would shut down the subject. A huge surprise, I know. John says that he was living in denial about a lot of stuff, and didn't want to address issues or confront his feelings. Dolvett tells us that John can't shut down when he gets home, or he'll be back to square one. And, as Bob predicted, put all the weight back on.
Then it's time for the last chance workout! Bob talks about himself in the third person, and says that he loves his job. This means trouble for his people. Dolvett works with John, and is determined to kick his ass. This has the side effect of saving Dolvett's job. John does that thing where he jumps up onto a platform, and it is a triumph of the spirit as always. Sunny and Anna are also on the chopping block, and move from the circuit from hell to finishing up their workout on the tennis court. Sunny is working extra hard in hopes of getting into the 100s this week. She tells Anna that she's an awesome person, and that she appreciates her. Anna tells her in turn that she's an incredible student. Antone loves Bob, like everyone does. Bob and his team take a moment to appreciate each other. It's the last time that everyone is going to be together in the gym, and the last night on campus. Sadsy sads! Except not, because it means this shit is going to be over soon and I'll get, like, a seven minute break until it returns at the crack of dawn on New Year's Day.
Weigh-ins! Everyone was off getting pampered for most of the week, so who knows what will happen. Sunny is first on the scale, and goes from 202 pounds to 201, for a loss of only a pound or .5%. Her smile is turned upside down, and Bob decries the horrors of makeover week. Bob says he'd be pissed, and asks Sunny what she's been doing this week. She says that when she wasn't getting her hair did or making out with her husband, she was working out. Bob notes that Sunny is acting like a robot on the scale, and has lost her fight. She's speechless about the whole thing, though wonders if everyone else will be in trouble as well.
