Then we go back to Becky speechifying to her people. She talks about finishing what you start. John's speech begins by focusing on all of his manifold issues. How much time do they have? Antone talks about how at the ranch they focus on the mental and emotional component as well as the physical, and also work pretty much all the time, when they're not eating Jennie-O Turkey. Phillip Fulmer, who is billed as "Legendary Tennessee Football Coach," says that Antone is primed to experience the greatest thing in his life -- his kids growing up. Then Vinny talks from the stage and talks up the value of hard work and exercise. Vinny's mom, Tracy, cries in the audience. And then everyone else cries too. Vinny promises that he'll play some shows here and there...after he's done winning The Biggest Loser.

With that, the final four all get videos from the trainers. Bob talks to Vinny in a Southern accent, while Dolvett speaks of how proud he is of John by wearing a sharp red jacket. Bob also gets to greet Antone and Becky. There is no Anna, sadly. Each of the contestants get to watch footage of themselves twelve weeks ago, when this party started. We see these clips all the time, of course, and much of them are focused on how sad and sick these folks were. The final four then get to see how pathetic they were in week one, when they couldn't do, like, one push up. Didn't we watch this exact same thing last week? I am so fatigued. Oh! We do get a reminder that Becky's dad died while she was on the show. I totally forgot about that. Becky feels quite distant from sad Becky of twelve weeks ago, in a good way.

Ooooh, and then Vinny and his whole family have to watch him talk to Bob about being abused as a kid by his dad, and how he never really forgave his mom for letting it happen. AWKWARD! Vinny's mom obviously feels like total shit about it. That is some shady final four video editing, Biggest Loser. Vinny then proceeds to have a heart to heart with his mom, asking her why she let the abuse happen. She says that her husband had done a number on her too, and she had zero self-esteem. She doesn't know why she couldn't leave, and says that she's hated herself for it since she got away. This poor lady probably didn't expect all this when she signed the release form. Vinny feels better for getting all this off his chest, and looks forward to further breaking down the walls that he and his family have built up all these years.
