After a break, its time for some more at-home contenders. First we have Courtney, in a gold lame dress that makes her look like a sausage. I just want someone to tell these Biggest Loser ladies that just because they've lost a ton of weight it doesn't mean that they have to wear short, tight bandage dresses that are flattering on absolutely no one! That shit is unforgiving. I think Jessica looks so great in part because she picked something looser and more flattering. And so did Bonnie! She's actually wearing pants, and looks fabulous. She's got a little bit of an Annie Lennox look going on. Oh WOW! And then there's Sunny, who is a seriously skinny bitch. She's wearing pants, too, and actually looks like a completely different person. Her face has really changed with the weight loss. And then there's Patrick, who is going to give Sunny a run for her money in this group.

Sami introduces a montage of Patrick "finding himself." His self-esteem was quite low, but then under Dolvett's tutelage he started to kick butt. Sami then asks Bonnie how she stays so strong amongst adversity. Bonnie says that she has the power of God within her, and her husband sits on her shoulder all the time. Not literally. He's dead. Wouldn't it be weird if Bonnie were walking around with a corpse on her shoulder? No wonder she has knee problems. Bonnie is determined to live a long life for her grandkids. Sami then asks Courtney about her battle to find self-confidence. Once again, Dolvett gave her a spoonful of his magic self-worth serum, and she was good to go. And then we get to see a montage of Bob heading home to Texas with Sunny. Those were good times, and she lost exactly one million pounds. Sunny says that before coming on the show, she was on the sidelines of her own life while everyone else in her family was having fun. Now she's having fun, too! And her family members don't have to worry so much anymore.

So, which of this group will be moving on? Not Bonnie, although she now weighs 177 pounds and lost 77 pounds altogether. It also won't be Courtney, who weighs 183 pounds, for an 87 pound loss. Good lord, she's pretty. As expected, it comes down to Sunny and Patrick. There's less than a 1% difference between their weight losses. But the player weighing in tonight is...Patrick. Aw, man. I mean, good for him, but I was rooting for Sunny. It's such a sausage fest this year. Sunny's current weight is 171 pounds, for a loss of 106 pounds. 30 of those pounds were in the face.
