Red Team is first on the scale. Vinny goes from 382 to 372, for a loss of 10 pounds. Dolvett is proud, and Vinny talks about how he's started to take himself a bit more seriously. Jessica is next, and goes from 219 to 213, for a loss of 6 pounds. Not bad! Ramon is next, and goes from 311 to 304, for a loss of 7 pounds. He also seems pretty happy about this. Finally, there's Courtney. She goes from 237 to 231, for a loss of 6 pounds. We haven't spent much time with Courtney, but it appears from her manic speech that she's a bit of a head case. The Red Team has lost 29 pounds, or 2.52%.

The Blue Team weighs in next, and will have to have lost more than 11 pounds total to best the Red Team. Bonnie is up first, and goes from 233 to 229, for a loss of 4 pounds. She's thrilled to be out of the 230s. Becky, however, is quite nervous at the prospect of having to lose more than 7 pounds. She goes from 212 to 204, for a loss of 8 pounds! Wooo! She deserves all the copious praise that Anna has been heaping upon her. That's awesome. I am also absolutely thrilled that the Blue Team isn't going to be down to a solitary member. The Blue Team has lost 12 pounds, or 2.7%.

Though Sunny's is the only weight loss that will count for the Black Team, the other folks still weigh in. John is up first, and is 21 pounds away from losing 100 pounds. Moses lost 100 pounds in six weigh-ins, and this is the fifth for John. John goes from 366 to 354, for a loss of 12 pounds. He's pretty psyched about that. Jennifer is next, and goes from 282 to 274, for a loss of 8 pounds. Then there's Joe, who goes from 301 to 294, for a loss of 7 pounds. Then there's Antone, who goes from 381 to 377, for a loss of only 4 pounds. He says that he's frustrated, and should have focused on himself more.
