Finally, it's weigh-in time. Sami asks each trainer to designate the person whose weight loss will count for their entire team. Bob has chosen Becky, Anna has chosen Joe, and, despite all his tough talk, Dolvett has chosen John. Bonnie is quite relieved, and notes that it's the smart choice. Speaking of Bonnie, she's first on the scale. She goes from 221 to 213, for a loss of 8 pounds! It's her biggest loss so far, and Dolvett is second guessing his already second-guessed choice. Her total percentage of weight lost is 3.62%. John is next on the scale, and goes from 329 pounds to 319, for a loss of 10 pounds. He's unhappy, and says that he completely let his team down. Dolvett assures John that he's accomplished something great with his 3.04% loss.
The Black Team with its one-pound advantage is next. Antone weighs in first. He's six pounds away from the 100-pound lost mark. Antone goes from 353 to 348, for a loss of 5 pounds or 1.42%. He's disappointed, but all Bob can say is, "I'm so glad I didn't pick you." Way to be supportive! Vinny is next, and goes from 355 pounds to 345, for a loss of 10 pounds, or 2.82%. That was his goal weight, so he's pleased. Finally there's Becky, who is feeling the pressure in a very nonchalant way. Taking into account the one-pound advantage, Becky needs to lose more than 4 pounds to best John and keep her team safe. She goes from 192 to 186, for a loss of 6 pounds! She did it, and Bob is greatly relieved. Becky's percentage of weight lost is 3.65%.
Finally, there's the Blue Team. Sunny is first on the scale, and goes from 218 to 216, for a loss of 2 pounds or .92%. After all her hard work she expected a bit more, but says that she's okay with it. She is very glad that Anna didn't choose her for the weigh-in that counts. Ramon is next, and goes from 286 pounds to 280, for a loss of 6 pounds or 2.1%. Anna says that 6 pounds is great considering Ramon's emotional week. Finally, there's Joe. Sami reminds him that the fate of the Blue Team is in his hands. He needs to have lost more than 8 pounds to keep his team safe. Joe goes from 271 pounds to 269, for a loss of only 2 pounds or .74%. Everyone is shocked, including Joe. Anna says that because everyone had such great numbers last week, they're stalling now.
