And then we get a healthy Thanksgiving tip from Biggest Loser chef Aida Mollenkamp. Start your Thanksgiving dinner off with a low-cal spinach salad! What she's making does appear to be very tasty, and would be even more delicious if it were a bed for a big serving of stuffing.

After a commercial, we get a memorable moment with Bob and one of his prize pupils, Jesse from season 10. We see him yelling at Jesse about respect and disrespect, and Jesse falling in line. Jesse comes out, still looking pretty good if a little chunky in places. He says that he wasn't accepting the whole system of the Biggest Loser -- the trainer helps you, you lose weight and get healthy, and everyone moves on and is happy. He was resisting a little bit. Bob says that in that moment he was so focused on Jesse and what his accomplishments were going to be, that when Jesse cut himself short Bob didn't care for it. He wanted Jesse to show himself some respect. Since then, Jesse has been up to some amazing and fantastic things. He graduated from law school, and wants to work on policy changes and particularly childhood obesity initiatives. He kind of looks like a lawyer, now that he mentions it. Jesse introduces his new lady love, who is in the audience, and then talks about how important it is to have a sense of humor on the ranch. He says that every contestant could have been classified as clinically insane at one point or another, and Anna adds that that's true of the trainers as well. Jesse tells everyone that you have to find things to do to prevent yourself from going to the asylum.

With this we are privy to our first blooper reel! Hannah is in the gym and Bob gives her flak for not being hard enough on people. He suggests that she jump on John's back while he walks, and when it works Hannah feels extra light and breezy. Antone and Vinny sit like gargoyles and don't move for 33 minutes! Finally Becky pushes them over. Neither of them has won a two-pound advantage at the end. Then, because there are times when the contestants can't speak at weigh-ins because of something having to do with the mics, they do something called "silent dance." Bonnie leads the first silent dance party (or as I like to call it, "Silent Dance Party USA"), then John does one, then Antone does the Macarena. Jesse critiques the robot form of the season 12 contestants.
