Sami announces that the Red Team will have to lose more than 94 pounds to beat the Black Team and stay in the competition. Roy Claus is up first. He goes from 306 to 292 for a loss of 14 pounds! Blitzen is greatly relieved. Conda goes from 294 to 285, for a loss of 9 pounds. Mike is next, and goes from 358 to 345 for a loss of 13 pounds. Then there's Kimmy, who geos from 219 to 210, for a loss of 9 pounds. Lauren goes from 246 to 237, also for a loss of 9 pounds. Dolvett starts to feel the mysterious thing with feathers called hope. Mark is concerned that his injury will prevent him from pulling a decent number, but he goes from 291 to 282 for a decent loss of 9 pounds. Grandma Nancy goes from 217 to 212, for a loss of just 5 pounds. She says it's crazy, but Dolvett expected it. He hopes that the number will motivate Nancy to eschew fear and bust it on the treadmill next week. Kim is next, and goes from 252 to 239, for a whopping loss of 13 pounds! Dolvett loves Kim, and promises that she'll find the athlete inside of herself again. Only Buddy is left to weigh in, and he must lose 14 pounds for the Red Team to win. He goes from 403 to 381, for a loss of 22 pounds! He killed it! Dolvett is understandably thrilled to have finally beaten Bob. He and Buddy have a big bear hug, which is pretty much the cutest. The Red Team has lost 103 pounds, or 3.98%. They win! Bob vows revenge.
Cassandra has the highest percentage of weight lost for the Black Team, so she has immunity. Everyone else is fair game for elimination. The Black Team members have an hour in which to plead their cases, and Megan very tearfully says that she's not ready to go home. She has the lowest percentage of weight lost, so fears she's on the chopping block. Gail explains that she's fought her weight all her life, and has nothing to go home for. Ben says that he has everything to go home for. He didn't come on the show to win a game, he says, and asks his teammates to send him home. Jeremy thinks this is a whack statement from the person who lost the most weight on the team. But Ben says that he misses his wife and kids, and has learned everything in this one week that he needs to succeed at home. Cassandra's first reaction is that Ben is insane, and that she's not sending him home. Chism feels similarly. Clearly he's a strong player and so the team doesn't want to lose him, but also if someone is going to be a punk like that I think you should just give them a swift kick with the size tens per their own request and not look back.
