With that, it's weigh-in time! Individuals, yellow line, etc. Kimmy hits the scale first, fresh off her rock-climbing victory. She goes from 167 to 163, for a loss of 4 pounds or 2.40%. That seems good at her size. Conda is next, and goes from 228 to 221, for a loss of 7 pounds or 3.07%. Also quite good! Jeremy is next, and goes from 282 to 273, for a loss of 9 pounds or 3.19%. He's definitely safe from elimination. Megan is next, with her one pound advantage in tow. She goes from 204 to 198, for a loss of 6 pounds or 3.43% (with the one pound). She's also safe, but pushes her mom further down toward the yellow line. Next is Buddy, who goes from 289 to 281 for a loss of 8 pounds, or 2.77%. He comes in just above Kimmy, and pushes Conda to safety.
Kim is up next, with high stakes riding on her weight loss. She will need to have lost more than 5 pounds to guarantee safety. Kim goes from 182 to 176, for a loss of 6 pounds. That's 3.30%, and she's very relieved to be safe. Chris is next, and will need to have lost more than 5 pounds to be safe. She goes from 184 to 177, for a loss of 7 pounds or 3.80%. That's great for her, and shoots her up to the top of the pack. Mark is next, and Sami reminds us that as long as he doesn't fall below the yellow line, he'll have two votes at elimination. He goes from 213 to 204, for a loss of 9 pounds or 4.23%. He's definitely safe. It's bad news for Kimmy, though, who is below the yellow line and up for elimination. Only Emily is left to weigh in, and her numbers will determine if she or Buddy will fall below the yellow line. She's quite nervous, knowing that if she's below the yellow line, she's toast. Emily will have to have lost more than 5 pounds to stay on the show, essentially. She goes from 195 to 190, for a loss of 5 pounds even, or 2.56%. Unfortunately for her, that's not enough. Emily will fall below the yellow line, by a pound. She talks about the difficulty of believing in herself, and how weeks like this take the wind out of her sails. Bob tells Emily to realize that she's come a long way, and has much further to go. He hopes that she makes it. Sami tells Emily that it's not over yet, but knows that fundamentally that's not true.
