And then finally it's time for the weigh-in. The Red Team decides that Megan will sit out for the Black Team, and Nancy's weight will not count for the Red Team. Nancy weighs in first, and goes from 200 to 196 pounds, for a loss of 4 pounds. She's very happy about the number, even if it doesn't count for her team's total. Megan then weighs in, and goes from 238 to 229, for a loss of 9 pounds. The Red Team was indeed smart to choose her.

And then the weigh-in begins in earnest. Daphne is up first for the Black Team. She goes from 245 to 244, for a loss of only 1 pound. I wonder if there is some water loading afoot. She certainly has not impressed her Black Team members. Daphne blames the Biggest Loser diet for her unimpressive loss, and Bob tells her that one pound is a joke. Chism is next, and goes from 320 to 318, for a loss of only 2 pounds. What is going on? Bob says that Chism is one of the hardest workers, and such a small loss makes no sense. Emily goes from 235 pounds to 230, for a loss of 5, and Chris goes from 215 to 211, for a loss of 4. Both are decent numbers. Cassandra goes from 206 to 200, for a loss of 6 pounds. She really wanted to get into the hundreds, and would like to kick the scale. Finally, Jeremy weighs in. He goes from 347 to 338, for a loss of 9 pounds. The Black Team has lost 27 pounds total, or 1.72%. That is... not great. Bob agrees, and tells his team that it's terrible.

The Red Team will have had to lose more than 32 pounds to be safe from elimination. Adrian is up on the scale first, and goes from 336 to 334, for a loss of only 2 pounds. Dolvett is disappointed, especially given that Adrian is one of the bigger guys. Adrian also blames the diet, which seems suspect. Kim is next, and goes from 220 to 215, for a loss of 5 pounds. Kimmy is next, and goes from 197 to 193, for a loss of 4 pounds. Roy goes from 272 to 268, for a loss of 4. Nobody is really killing it this week. Mark is next, and goes from 255 to 251, for a loss of 4 pounds. Then there's Buddy, who goes from 353 to 345, for a loss of 8 pounds. Hero to the Red Team! Finally, Conda weighs in. She will need to have lost more than 5 pounds to keep the Red Team safe. Conda goes from 265 to 263, for a loss of only 2 pounds. The Red Team will head to the elimination room. They've lost 29 pounds, or 1.53%. As it turns out, Nancy comparatively rocked it. Ah well.

The Red Team can't vote for Adrian, who has immunity, or Kim, who has the highest percentage of weight lost. They all talk, and no one wants to go home. Adrian apologizes to his team for his low number, and offers to take any suggestions that they might have. Mark accuses Adrian of playing the game, e.g. water loading. I guess I accused him of that, too. Adrian points out that he hasn't even been there long enough to know what playing the game is. He also does not appreciate the accusation. Adrian is very, very lucky that he has immunity. In the elimination room, things get emotional quickly. Kimmy cries quite a bit as she votes for Nancy. Nancy votes for Mark. Mark votes for Nancy. Adrian votes for Mark. Buddy votes for Nancy. Kim and Conda both vote for Nancy, and it's a done deal. Everyone seems to find Nancy to be inspirational. Adrian says that Nancy is sweet as pie, and yet declines to take her advice to shut up for a while and instead expresses his surprise that she's being sent home. Conda starts bawling, and says that he doesn't know what everyone else has gone through. Kim adds that Adrian should listen and keep his mouth shut, and Adrian takes offense to that, and Nancy just wants to have her moment. Hmmm, maybe Adrian is a pain in the ass too. But really, he can't be worse than Conda and Kim.
