After the kerfluffle subsides, Emily steps up on the scale, and goes from 218 to 216, for a loss of 2 pounds. She tells us that she feels ashamed of throwing the weigh-in, and is disappointed that she allowed Conda to affect her goal. Conda is next on the scale, and goes from 245 to 246, for a gain of 1 pound. She says that it sucks, but adds that there's something toxic in the house that isn't conducive to anyone doing well. Sami points out that the Red Team didn't seem to have a problem, and Conda says that if she were still on the Red Team she probably wouldn't have a problem either. She's still the worst, I think. I mean, Daphne has been no prize in many respects, but I'm still rooting for her. She steps on the scale and goes from 224 to 226, for a gain of 2 pounds. Well, that should do it.
Daphne thanks the Black Team for at least being respectful to her face, and says that going into the elimination she feels great even though she's going home. She'll be glad to leave the drama and chaos and finish losing weight around the people who she loves and cares about. Bob says that the house is hard to be in, and that coming in late was a detriment to Daphne. He wanted her to be there, but hopes that everyone learns that emotional decisions are not the best decisions. When focused, he says, Daphne is immensely capable of success. Bob doesn't want her to think that she's alone. The Black Team lost 12 pounds total, or .75%. Chris has the highest percentage of weight lost on the team, and thus has immunity. As Bob leaves, he encourages his team to be kind.
