Amanda goes from 250 to 244 for a loss of 6, while Rebecca goes from 279 to 261 for a loss of 18. Rebecca must have drunk 18 gallons of water before her first weigh-in. Amanda says she pushed herself as hard as she could, but seems disappointed about her six-pound loss. Their total percentage of weight lost is 4.54%. The Blue Team is next, and we get some gratuitous close-ups of their stomachs. Rudy goes from 442 to 414 for a loss of 28, while Dina goes from 253 to 245 for a loss of 8. That's 36 pounds total, or 5.18%. They're definitely safe from elimination. The Red Team is next, proudly displaying the very erotic nipples on their man-boobs. Antoine goes from 367 to 349 for a loss of 18, while Sean goes from 444 to 422 for a loss of 22 pounds. That's 40 pounds total, and cause for a happy dance. They lost 4.93%, which means they're safe. Next is the Brown Team. Liz goes from 267 to 257 for a loss of 10 pounds, while Danny goes from 430 to 406 for a loss of 24. That's 34 pounds total, or 4.88%. They're safe. The Pink Team is still in danger and is starting to get nervous.

The Green Team is next, and will have to have lost more than 25 pounds. Allen goes from 325 to 306 for a loss of 19, while Abby goes from 247 to 232 for a loss of 15. That's 34 pounds, which means they're safe. Allen says that initially he was saying that he's there for his wife and his daughter. It's true that they're his motivation, he says, but if he's not here for himself, he can't be there for them. And then, just in case you thought we were done being brutalized, Abby tells us that death doesn't scare her. Death would be an easier alternative for her. It's getting up and taking the steps to be here that's hard. But she gets up, and she gives it her best, and it feels good.
