Trent's exit is typically classy. He's lost 87 pounds and has a great start to the rest of his life -- the way he sees it, he's already won.
Oh but wait! It's not over. The Black Team enters the elimination room, where Ali tells them that they're about to experience a Biggest Loser first, which will also be the most difficult challenge they've had to face yet. They're all going back to the scene of the crime -- the one place that could prevent them from losing the weight they need to lose. Yes, they're going home. And we're out!
But not before we get to see Trent go to his snowy home, sans coat. It looks cold, dude! Bundle up. Michelle, Trent's wife, is really happy to have him home. His mother, Carrie, thanks God for him every day and couldn't be more proud of him. Trent happily gets to hold his son again. He says that the sacrifice he made in leaving him was worth it, since he hopes to catch more years on the back end, when his son is older. In other words, he won't die. Good times, good times. His family and friends are really proud to hear that he lost 87 pounds. Yay! Oh, and then Trent gets to go to the high school where he trains athletes. There's a whole pep rally for him. So cute! I just want to cuddle up with Trent right now. He's the best! Today, Trent weighs 324 pounds, down from the 436 he was at when he started the show. He and his wife work out together and are leading healthier lives. Their son is the cutest, and is outfitted in a really stylish sweater. This man has everything! Trent has lost 112 pounds and now fits comfortably into his old college football jersey. He looks great!
Next week: the contestants go home, where their families apparently tempt them with all manner of fried foods! As if they haven't inflicted enough psychological damage on them already.
